Overview

Our Client is a leading fin-tech business who have offices accross 9 global locations and over 800 employees. This highly successful 'scale up' are looking to add to their team further with a Desktop Support Engineer. As Desktop Support Engineer you will be involved in the first and second line support of all end user computing technologies for a team of around 700 people. The key skills and experience needed is: Experience in Supporting Google G Suite applications, Okta and Jira 4 years experience in 2nd line desktop support Strong networking skills - TCP/IP/DNS Advanced Windows Server Knowledge Provide desktop support to ensure all technology (Windows and Mac) is supported and kept available across areas such as Desktop, Printing, Email, Server, Wi-Fi, and remote office network.
