Overview
Role: Stock Controller Location: Manchester (M11) Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Hours: 8am - 5pm (mon-thurs), 8am - 12:45pm (fri) Responsibilities: - Manage purchase orders for incoming stock items - Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete - Ensure supplied stocks meet demand - Prevent overstocking and ordering - Enter purchase orders and stock data in the computer system (Sage 50) - Keep track of stock and supplies that need restocking - Create and maintain a detailed stock list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies including imported products/containers - Track and ensure deliveries are received - Compile stock reports and supply balances for operations and sales as required - Make note of damaged receipts and manage claims against suppliers - Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data Please note: Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
