Opportunity to join North West Housing Associations Asset team Your new company Your new company are a leading North West Housing Association. Your new role In your new role you will be working within the Assets team, a large bulk of the role will be undertaking Stock Condition Surveys across the region - in this role you will be given a portfolio to look after and will work largely across this area. You will also get some exposure to disrepair and planned/reactive maintenance. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role it would be highly beneficial if you were HHSRS qualified, but good previous experience within a social housing environment whether that was planned maintenance, responsive repairs, disrepair and voids would be needed to be considered for the role. What you'll get in return In return you will get a 12 month fixed term contract that is open for extension, paying around the £31,000 mark.
