Tech Technology Recruitment IT Resourcing Your new company Hays are investing heavily in the technology sector, both in their staff and systems we use enabling us to be at the forefront in this market. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the technology presence in Basingstoke and the surrounding area increases with outside investment and new organisations growing their technology business. The tech team has strong ties to local government and organisations that are aiding this growth with our assistance, you will play a key part of this attending events and networking with key decision makers from a number of organisations. We are lucky to work with some well-known brands and organisations from different sectors such as; Gaming, Global Electronics manufactures, Healthcare, Automotive, Media, NHS, Councils and more. You will be predominantly based from our Basingstoke office where you will see this tech enhancement 1st hand as new 5G networks are installed and new organisations join the community. Your new role Hays are more than recruitment, we work closely with local businesses and are deeply ingrained in the community. You will join a large and successful team of Hays IT & Digital Tech expert recruiters across the South East, with a dedicated focus on growing business in Basingstoke and across the wider North Hampshire/ Surrey region. The office is made up of over 25 expert specialist recruiters and you'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are looking to continue growth in 2020 and beyond. You'll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, whilst generating and managing new client accounts to help increase growth for you and your team.
