Overview
I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join an expanding organisation in Coventry. Our clients supports people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in both residential homes and supported living services. With new homes opening in Coventry, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career. The Role: As the Deputy Manager you will be supporting the Care Manager and assisting her in the day to day running of 2 small residential homes, ensuring that quality care is delivered throughout. The company is part of a larger organisation who offer a huge support network for all Managers. The Head oFfice supports in all of these areas: HR Disciplinary and grievances Recruitment of new staff Issues with current staff Budgets This allows all staff to be able to focus on the quality of care within each service. The Package: £18,741 22 days annual leave (plus one extra day for length of service up to 27 days holiday) Pension Scheme The Care Manager must: Have 2 years experience of working with complex care Experience of CQC inspections and audits Have an NVQ 3 in Care or more Interested?
