Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Stansted Salary: £19,000-£24,000 Term: Permanent, Full time My client located in Stansted is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant and friendly team. The role of the Customer Service Advisor Providing exceptional customer service Taking inbound calls Handling new enquiries Dealing with customer quotes Sending out information to customers Making alterations and amendments Maximise inbound sales opportunities Cross selling and upselling Dealing with any customer complaints Build long lasting relationships with customers Skills and Experience required for the Customer Service Advisor Excellent computer skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent grammar skills Happy to work in a small team Ability to retain information Confident answering the phone with a good telephone manner Good communication skills Hardworking and reliable A can-do attitude 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including English Language and Maths The Package for the role for the Customer Service Advisor Salary: £19,000-£24,000 per annum dependant of experience Free Parking Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm 1 hour for lunch Term: Permanent To apply, please follow the onscreen instructions quoting reference RA1692 or for more information call Angela at RecruitAbility Please ensure that your email address is on your CV
