This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to take the next step in their career Client Details Our IT client are in a period of growth and as such are now looking to add to their team. They are hoping to find a Office Coordinator to join their office in the Stockport area. Description Office Coordinator responsibilities: Coordinating travel plans, making itineraries, and completing bookings Taking stock-checks and ordering office supplies Project support Producing reports and maintaining system Organising diaries and answering emails and phone calls in a professional manner Acting as the central point for all functions relating to the running of the office Administrative HR support for the management staff Ad-hoc admin tasks Profile Successful Office Coordinator will be/have: Highly competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing presentations and using Excel Understand and respect the need confidentiality Excellent sense of humour Grade B or higher in GCSE maths (which will be verified) Excellent customer service High attention to detail with a pragmatic approach to problem solving Self-motivated and comfortable/confident in ability Ambitious and keen to embrace new challenges Job Offer Office Coordinator £20,000-£25,000 Stockport
