Homecare Monitoring Officer

The successful candidate will join us at our office in Poynton. This role will involve monitoring and supervising the quality of care provided to service users in a specific area. This is to ensure that care provision is of a high quality, complies with legislation/guidelines and meets reasonable customer needs. As such, you will be responsible for: Carrying out monitoring visits and observation checks on Care Workers and service users. Identifying, encouraging and supporting personal and professional development of all Care Workers. Discussing all risk assessments and appropriate outcomes with the Care Coordinators, ensuring that all relevant and important points are noted Attending regular review meetings as deemed appropriate by the Registered Manager Completing and distributing reports on a regular basis to confirm compliance of Care Workers and service users. The ideal candidate will be approachable, professional and be able to identify and assess risks. They will require excellent communication skills, as they will be liaising with a range of stakeholders at various levels.
