Permanent Office Administrator based in Stockport up to £17,750 Your new company This construction company is seeking an office administrator to join their excellent team. This company prides itself of their workplace environment that they provide to their employees and the opportunities that they can provide. Your new role You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and being the first point of contact. You will be dealing with customer queries and passing messages onto different departments. You will also be responsible for booking appointments for field salespeople and managing their diaries. You will also be responsible for manning the front of house area and meeting and greeting visitors. This is a very busy and varied role. This role is Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with the occasional Saturday. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your previous experience within a reception and administration role will help you succeed within this role. You are well-presented and professional. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills. You are a keen learner, motivated and a hard-worker. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £17,750. There are excellent opportunities for progression within the business. This site is accessible via public transport and there is onsite parking. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
