Overview
Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master needed by aggressively scaling FinTech start up. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master will own and implement Scum and Agile process for a B2B SaaS product that facilitates low cost, fast money transfers, FX and payments to and from Frontier Markets in the developing world. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master will: ·Challenge and improve the operation of the team ·Embed operating models that value ownership, predictability and responsiveness. ·Mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery. ·Take a data-driven approach to helping the team become high performing. ·Support the day to day running of the teams, helping them to meet their commitment to their sprint goal. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master must: ·5 years in Agile/Scrum master positions. ·Expert in everything JIRA related. ·Have a Scrum Master Certification. ·Have accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
