Overview

We have a great opportunity available within our growing client based in Irvine. This is a 7 month maternity cover. Start date: ASAP Salary: £ approx 24,000 Contract: 6 months Hours: 08:30am-4:30pm Days: Mon-Fri Role: As a Commercial Service Specialist, Must have previous experience within a Customer Facing Role. you are the entry point for commercial and regulatory issues from our internal and external customers. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Supply chain and other functional areas globally to offer best in class Customer Service. You are responsible for processing all requests for quotations in close collaboration Sales, you are in charge of processing requests for all types of business documents for our customers, such as brochures, product listings, etc. Dealing with quality and regulatory inquiries, participating in customer meetings. You will process orders, check the stock availability or shipping status, check the customer prices, prepare and process the returns of the goods for a credit and/or replacement. Who you are: Previous experience within a commercial sales/customer oriented environment in order to cash flow (min 3 years) Excellent customer service skills (oral and written) Ability to prioritise and provide accurate data in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and changing environment Good team worker, able to think creatively Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SFDC, experience with SAP is beneficial Previous experience working in a Life Science industry would be beneficial, but is not a pre-requisite for the role Fluency in a second language would be advantageous Able to travel To Apply please send CV for consideration.
