Overview
HR Business Partner required for my client based in the Glasgow area. My client is a global organisation that is currently going through growth. You will work within a team of HR professionals carrying out both a strategic and generalist role. You will work in partnership with the senior management team in the areas of:- • Development of People Strategy • Assist with a variety of change programmes • Support projects, including job evaluation and reward • Design and delivery of management training • Guild on employee relation matters • Work closely with stakeholders in all aspects of HR If you possess experience as an HR Business Partner and CIPD qualification then please contact Evelyn Costello at Pertemps HR Glasgow for full role profile.
