Overview

Part time temporary Administration job. Your new company Hays Office Support are currently working with a public-sector organisation that is based in the outskirts of York. Due to workload this organisation requires a temporary administrator to join them on a part time temporary basis. Your new role Within this role you will be working as part of the training department. Duties will include monitoring a busy inbox. You will help to coordinate student placements in to the service. You will coordinate application forms and compliance documentation and assist with coordinating staff shifts. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need previous administrative experience. You will be IT literate and have strong communication skills. You will need a driving licence because of the office location and occasional travel to other offices for meetings. What you'll get in return In return you will be working as part of a small friendly team. You will be based in comfortable offices. You will be working on a part time basis for approximately 20 hours per week which are flexible to suit you. This role has the potential to last until April 2021.
