Overview
Our client is a world leader in exhibition design. Following a successful year in sales, and on the back of a strong pipeline and increased demand, they are now looking to find a top-flight Business Development Administrator. The successful applicant will ensure all stages of the tendering and bid process runs efficiently. You will have particular responsibility for searching for relevant leads, managing all administrative elements of bids, preparing initial drafts of bid documents in line with company templates and brand identity, completing standard company components of bid documentation, formatting bid documents and managing the issuing of tender submissions. Thus, it is absolutely essential you have all of the following attributes: Experience of using web-based procurement systems. An understanding of sales process, the pressures and deadlines that come with it and an ability to work with high accuracy. Proven administration and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills. Experience of taking initiative and working independently. Good communication skills - both verbal and written . Approachable and professional demeanour with customer facing experience. Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. An interest in heritage sector trends would also be of benefit Location: Leicester.
