Overview
NRG are looking to recruit Train Cleaners on behalf of a leading rail service. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, preferably in industrial cleaning. You must be reliable and have a strong work ethic - showing commitment to the job. You will be required to work night shifts, on a rota basis covering Monday to Sunday (shifts are expected to be 8:30pm - 6:30am) Overtime can be available You will be expected to carry out deep cleaning of the trains which can be physically demanding. The cleaning is carried out when the trains have finished their service for the day and are back in the depot during the night. They are to be cleaned thoroughly ready for the next days service - on the inside this will include cleaning of the toilets, windows, tables, floors, removing rubbish and chewing gum and any potential stains. Due to the role being a night shift you will be required to clean with limited lighting. This will be a temporary ongoing assignment Pay starts at £9.01 p/hr increasing to £10.80 after 12 weeks
