Agency Support Adviser £18,000 Altrincham The purpose of the role is to generate referrals from recruitment agencies by providing an exceptional level of customer service to those agency partners, along with making proactive calls to consultants at those agencies to deliver positive messages to strengthen the relationship between the business and the agency and encourage them to refer to us. You will do what you have committed to do, whether large or small, and you will follow it through to completion High aptitude -you are adept at dealing with problems, you love to solve them. Where some are dismayed when they encounter another issue, you are energized by it. You enjoy analysing the symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution. Organised - having the ability to manage time well and to have excellent attention to detail in all tasks. Flexible - to be flexible in adapting work priorities to suit workload. Communication - demonstrate the ability to provide clear, effective and professional communications through telephone and email correspondence. Achievement - you are experienced in working to targets, and exceeding those targets. Duties · Make phone calls to agencies to provide them with positive messages regarding the service that we are providing to them, with an aim of encouraging them to refer to our business. Respond to queries within one hour Provide a high quality of written and verbal assistance to agencies, liaise internal and external colleagues. · Respond to queries via telephone and email Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
