The Role This is a great opportunity for an executive with demonstrable media experience to join an exciting, dynamic and transitoning agency sales team, to support the team with digital pitches and driving revenue. The role works within digital, but will collaborate closely with other teams across Hearst Soltuions This role includes: Agency Revenue Growth Execute agency strategy as set by AD for maintenance, growth and new business clients Work with team to deliver revenue growth across agencies Maintain a constant focus on short and long-term revenues Drive additional revenue from new advertisers Agency Ambassador Provide excellent levels of customer service Cultivate relevant agency relationships with the digital teams to ensure Hearst are front-of-mind with buying teams Solid knowledge of agency client base, and opportunities Ensure Agency are updated on all Hearst news and initiatives Work with Agency Lead to deliver best-in-class brief responses, that include insight. Hearst Ambassador Indepth understanding of all Hearst brands and their place within the market Familiar with, and produce case studies around outstanding work ensuring positive results are shared Assist with liaising with all departments within Hearst to help identify all agency opportunities Promote overall excellence across Hearst through innovation, creativity and effectiveness Internal Relationships Develop effective working relationships across all Hearst areas; Brand ambassadors, Hearst Digital, Hearst Create Ensure understanding of your agencies activity across the Hearst portfolio KPIs Deliver agency revenue growth across all areas of digital at Hearst (Display, Video, Programmatic and Social) Effective cross-selling and trading across all Hearst brands Demonstrating Hearst values both internally and externally The Person/Minimum Criteria Demonstrable experience working in the media industry Knowledge and passion for the media industry and Hearst brands Knowledge of the digital landscape, including social media and programmatic Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships Must have a positive, can do attitude Confident presenting to small groups.
