Operations Director | Creative Agency |£80,000- £100,000 Harmonic are delighted to partner with a well renowned creative agency in central London, currently recruiting for an Operations Director. Their short to mid-term objectives are to double in size over the next 3-4 years, and to be recognised in the UK as the best agency in their niche sector. This aim has now opened up a new opportunity for a highly competent and experienced Operations Director to come in and help realise their ambitions. The Agency: The agency has a headcount of 70 people, and have been extremely successful in winning a series of household name clients over the last 10 years. Due to their diverse and reputable client base, they're expecting to come out of the lockdown still in decent shape, with the potential to grow quickly. The Role: * * At least 4 years of operations management experience, managing multiple departments * Extensive experience in leading and delivering agreed projects accurately and in a timely fashion * Experience of analysing multiple departments to identify cost-efficiency savings and revenue generation opportunities, and to ensure departments are correctly resourced * Agency background is desirable * Excellent knowledge of BI, data analysis, and Excel * Working knowledge of HR is desirable Salary: £80,000 - £90, 000 Based: London If you are interested in this role, please send an up-to-date CV
