Overview

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a leading organisation, based in Cheltenham, in their search for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with two other senior team members, supporting the Financial Controller in running the busy finance department. Responsibilities: Processing monthly payroll (training will be provided) Supporting sales ledger by inputting invoices and reconciling ledger Month end journal preparation and inputting to ledger Cover for purchase ledger processing Providing general financial administrative support Requirements: Minimum of 2 years finance experience Able to work independently using own initiative Methodical and highly organised with meticulous attention to detail 3 A Levels and 5 GCSE’s Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, able to create reports, use spreadsheets, and analyse figures Desirable Qualifications: Maths "A" Level AAT, ICB, or equivalent Experience of using accountancy software. 25-30 hours per week.
