Part time Sales Assistant - Salary £8.50 - £10.00 per hour DOE Excellent Benefits Based: Cheltenham Our client, are seeking a Sales Consultant with an appetite for fashion, working in the luxury womenswear market on a Part Time bases 16 - 24 Hours per week. The idea candidate will have the ability to influence and increase sales in a one to one selling environment Key Responsibilities: Take positive action to ensure that targets are met Interested & knowledgeable about the product and your customer needs in a luxury market Participate in the selection of the range to be sold in the store Monitor and manage stock levels, keeping stock loss to a minimum Help organise seasonal special promotions and events Work with visual merchandiser on the shop floor layout Enhance window displays in order to maximise sales Give regular feedback and communicate effectively with manager and company directors Act on own initiative to support company values and objectives Be flexible to meet the needs of the business Essential candidate Skills and Experience: Experience in a similar luxury environment or Personal Shopper Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to build relationships Self-motivated and works quickly and accurately under pressure Methodical, detail-oriented and highly organised Flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations and workload Strongly customer focused If you are an existing Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge with an amazing brand then a pply today or contact us for more information.
