Chef de partie required for a Country pub near Cheltenham. Serving fresh British pub dishes, using fresh local produce. £20-25k, with live in if required. The role As chef de partie you will run one of the sections in the kitchen, you will prep your fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
