Overview

WHO: We need a Chef de Partie to join our team who is passionate about food delivering great food and can run a section in the kitchen. Salary of up to £25,000 including overtime and Tronc This is a full time 40 hour contract, which can be worked over 4 or 5 days which is ever better for the Chefs work life balance THEY SHOULD: - Have a genuine passion and knowledge of quality food - Have the ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure - Be happy to learn and develop across the kitchen - Have attention to detail in preparing food of the highest quality - Assist the team in the day to day running of the kitchen - Be good at communication and working with the team - Have a pro-active attitude, demonstrating a desire to progress within their career - Have worked within a similar type of kitchen We do have shared staff accommodation available for this role WHERE: Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn; exceptional food made with the best local produce, a fine selection of local ales, roaring log fires to warm the winter months and a stunning terrace for when the sun shines.
