We are currently recruiting a customer service officer role to work for one of our public sector clients based in Wakefield. The role is working on a shift basis, initially on a 3 month period with the right candidate starting ASAP. Rates of pay: Basic: £9.65 Nights: £13.02 Saturday: £13.02 Sunday: £16.59 The main duties will be: Answering queries via telephone, email and face-to-face. Inputting confidential data. Arranging events/meetings. Managing a team inbox. Escalating/resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously.
