The Best Connection are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for our client based in Grange Moor, Wakefield. Salary is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience. Possible annual performance bonus of £1,200 - £1,800 (paid monthly pro-rata) Hours of work / shifts are (may be some flexibility on times however standard hours will remain across the week); Monday to Wednesday 2pm - 1030pm Saturday 10am - 4pm Sunday 10am - 830pm OR Monday to Thursday 1pm - 10pm Saturday 10am - 4pm Benefits on offer are; free parking, free tea and coffee, modern environment, and Thursday and Friday or Friday and Sunday off. Our client is one of the UK’s largest online retailers of high-quality blinds, curtains and home accessories and is made up of 9 different websites. You will join their customer service team, building great relationships with their customers as well as manage your team of Customer Service Advisors. They communicate with customers via the contact centre, emails and live chat. It is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contacts received. They pride ourselves on building relationships with both customers and our suppliers to ensure that they are meeting the needs of their customers. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and able to work under pressure as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Answering a high volume of calls that we receive on a daily basis - To identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction - Investigating customer queries and complaints - Liaise with suppliers, production team and couriers to arrange dispatches, collections, repairs and also to correspond with management where needed - Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery - Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the order process to improve the customer journey - Adhere to all best practices in line with agreed KPI and SLA agreements - Accurately process customer orders received either by email, phone or live chat - Cross and up-sell products where applicable This is a temp to perm position after qualifying period.
