Job description: London Based Deliverables FX Broker, seek an Accounts / Settlements Officer for execution and delivery of all payments and settlements of Foreign Exchange Transactions. Reporting on daily Opening and Closing Balances and daily, weekly and monthly multicurrency accounts reconciliation. Producing reports on client held funds across all bank accounts and liquidity providers. Overall responsibility of the Accounts department, Responsible for making foreign exchange/ International payments for clients (business & consumer). Dealing with complex queries from clients, resolve settlements and help mitigate any potential accounting errors. Reconciling customer payments with FX Trading activity. Expense Account reconciliations. Client Account reconciliations. Develop an understanding and implementation of AML and KYC policies and procedures. Liaising with Liquidity providers in respect to settlements, capital adequacy, client margins and profit remits. To assist with monitoring all inbound and outbound payments, creating trade settlements against currency trades. YOU WILL HAVE an Accounting qualifications. Previous experience of working within an Accounts department for a Money Service Provider or financial services provider. Can demonstrate experience and competency of handling payments and settlement. Previous experience of processing payments via bank transfers, direct debit and credit/debit card.
