DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS LONDON £100,000- £120,000 EQUITY THE COMPANY An exciting role working for a technology-driven online business who are in a growth stage. You will report directly into the CFO and be part of the senior management team. The aim of this role is to provide a holistic view of all the business departments, to ensure they are performing. THE ROLE As a Director of Analytics, you will sit on the leadership team and operate on a strategic basis. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Manage, lead and develop a team of 13, with 4 direct reports. Help define business strategy and ensure all departments within data and performing. Support all C-suite decisions. Identify growth opportunities for the business and new markets. Support CRM/Advertising and pricing teams. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Director of Analytics will have: A strong understanding of data and business strategy. The ability to see the commercial value of data and provide insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with C-level stakeholders Educated to a degree level or above in a STEM subject THE BENEFITS A salary of £100,000-£120,000.
