Overview
A successful and ambitious regional law firm based in Kent has a requirement for a Senior Litigation lawyer to work a general commercial and civil workload. This is a client facing role so you need to be adaptable, commercially focused and able to provide a consultative approach to a variety of clients. The firm have a good mix of clients and aim to provide a consultative, approach. This is a general commercial litigation role and you will need a solid background in general commercial litigation. Your experience will cover a broad range of commercial litigation issues that may include; a range of contractual and commercial disputes, construction, landlord and tenant, property/land disputes, professional negligence and insolvency matters. As a senior member in the Dispute Resolution team, you will be expected to participate in business development activities and ideally have a network of contacts within the local area, The ideal candidate will be currently working at a small / medium sized firm who is used to working directly with client and handling a mixed caseload.
