Start Date: ASAP Basic Salary: £30,000 On Target Earnings: £50,000-£55,000 Location: West Kent Hours: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off) We have a position for a Senior Branch Manager to join our very successful Estate Agent client in the West Kent Area. This is a great role to help develop your management skills and help you potentially get to the next step on the career ladder. You will have to be ambitious, have a desire to succeed with the ability to achieve against performance targets, driving profit, profile and reputation. You will be reporting to the Senior Operations Director, and will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing your business and teams.
