Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Royal Greenwich Council to provide them a with an Interim Practice Development Leader to join their team on a Contract Basis Full Time Rate - £280 to £350 per day Negotiable dependent upon experience- Please submit CV with rate you require Yo ur Role; Reporting to the Head of Service - Early Help, you will: Have strategic responsibility for the quality of practice across the Early Help Division Lead a variety of activities designed to develop quality of practice including teaching, training, coaching, systemic supervision and leading reflective practice groups Develop, evaluate and disseminate best practice in work with families including assessment and evidenced-based interventions Promote practice development and embed systemic thinking in the Division’s organisational culture Drive improvement in practice in the area of youth crime prevention, specifically in diversionary programmes and restorative interventions with victims Work closely and collaboratively with the Service Leader and Group Leaders to ensure consistent application of the Early Help Practice Framework Assist managers and practitioners in their work with families by providing advice and guidance in relation to high risk / complex individual / family casework Work in collaboration with the Early Help senior management team to contribute to service development and quality assurance across the Division Oversee Therapeutic input across Children’s Services Essentials Qualified social worker with clinical experience and systemic training and have substantial leadership and management experience within social care or Early Help.
