Overview

As a Waking Nights Positive Behaviour Support Worker at iMap, we are offering you a unique opportunity to be part of a specialist team at Fern House, our new registered children’s home set within rural Cheshire. As a Waking Nights Positive Behaviour Support Worker you will be expected to assist the behaviour team in the designing and implementing positive behaviour support strategies for the children and young people at Fern House. You will use these strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns. You will also help the children and young people to meet their intimate personal care needs, and directly support the children and young people during the night. About you • You will be a dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure. • You should have experience working with people who have autism, an intellectual disability and/or who present with behaviours of concern. • You will ideally already hold a QCF III Working with Children and Young People and be willing to compete a QCF III Positive Behaviour Support once you’ve joined iMap. • You will have fantastic communication skills and be at ease working within a team.
