We’re now looking for an Administrator to join our team on a six month contract and support our clients and back office functions. The Role As an Administrator, you will join our managed services provision and play a pivotal role in helping our clients to manage their employee volunteering, matching and giving programmes. Specifically, you will provide a variety of support services to ensure that programmes run smoothly and clients, employees and the charities they support can work together harmoniously. Supporting Client Success Managers and Team Leads to build excellent client relationships, you will also: - Field client requests quickly and competently - Work on multiple projects at once - Review and update priorities to ensure all activities are covered - Deliver on the promises and commitments that form the basis of relationships - Maintain personal high standards and complete tasks and projects in accordance with these - Work as part of a team, receiving support and providing assistance when needed - Occasionally undertake visits to clients’ sites as required About You To be considered as an Administrator, you will need: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - To be a detail-oriented multi-tasker - To be resourceful and proactive - Operational excellence - To be a collaborative team member - The willingness to travel Other organisations may call this role Managed Services Administrator, Client Services Administrator, Account Management Administrator, Account Support Executive, Account Executive, Client Support Co-ordinator, Account Co-ordinator, or Client Services Co-ordinator.
