Overview

You will support the efficient running of the Business Assurance department and the maintenance of departmental SLAs, while also supporting the St. James’s Place Partnership by fielding queries on Business Assurance systems and their outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the automated case selection model to ensure it is operating correctly; Review system exceptions to ascertain the case selection criteria to apply and complete root cause analysis to identify the cause of the issue; Recommend system developments and improvements on the back of the root cause analysis completed; Review queries on approved cases to support the processing of new business in an efficient manner; Provide feedback and support to Partners where it is identified cases have been submitted incorrectly; Assist Operation Managers and Relationship Managers with queries on the case selection model; Review and take appropriate action in respect of any requests for manual intervention to identify additional cases for checking; Manage the departmental inbox by responding to queries from individuals around the business or redirecting them as appropriate; Ensure all cases are inputted correctly and tracked accurately and quickly through the team process, updating the relevant systems to ensure cases can be tracked efficiently; Required Skills : A strong knowledge of working in either an administrative or support environment with agreed customer service standards; Good interpersonal and communication skills allowing the individual to liaise effectively; Considered a SME in respect of internal systems and comfortable testing these; Comfortable using Word, Excel Research tells us that applicants (especially those from underrepresented groups) can be put off from applying for a role if they do not meet all the criteria, or have been on an extended career-break.
