Overview
Our client a Financial Services company established in 2005, are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Cirencester. Full and thorough training will be given but a solid work history is a must. Once trained the role will involve: Checking and underwriting customer applications Validate and processing of policies and all relevant documentation Printing policy schedules/terms and conditions and posting for customer Liaising with customers both via email and over the phone Reviews/Renewals of customer policies as required Scanning of all documents on to in house system Send out claim forms to customers as requested Any other duties as deemed necessary within the Administration department The right candidate must have: Accurate Keyboard Skills The ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word The ability to work well under pressure A good telephone manner In return: Salary £18000 Hours of work 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri Free parking Health & Dental Insurance Death in Service x 3 Excellent Bonus 22 days holiday 1 each year up to 25 BH We like to speak to every applicant, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
