Founded in 2006, Ontrak Recruitment are a well-established rail recruitment based in the heart of Greenwich. Due to our outstanding and continued performance, we are now looking to expand our team with talented individuals who can contribute towards our high end service to our candidates and clients. We are looking for self motivated, completely dedicated to the cause without fail, reliable and pure passion individuals to join my Ontrak team. There are currently 25 people in the office managing a team of 700 temps. Our office operates 7 days a week 24 hours a day. We are a team in every aspect of our activities and each department within the team is an integral part of our success. We have tripled our sales in the last year and looking for individuals to join us in the following roles with the following starting salaries: Key responsibilities for the weekend administrator : Tactical work: Ensuring all temporary booking are completed. Taking and filling booking / shifts from clients. Supporting with rostering process are required, ensuring all shifts are sent correctly and in a timely fashion. Managing excel spreadsheets and logs for the account management teams Extensive liaison with candidates over the telephone, correspondence and email Managing inbound queries whether via the phone or email Answering all communications ('phone, email etc.) in a polite and professional manner Taking the initiative to assist the caller/provide solutions where possible Logging candidate conversations on log notes, holiday and sickness Keeping all relevant spreadsheets and databases up to date and compliant with Ontrak standards Effectively escalating any concerns or risks based on candidate liaison work Assisting as and when required with projects on an administration purpose Key Skills & experience for the recruitment administrator : Previous recruitment administrator experience is required Outstanding excel skills is required Excellent telephone manner Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal Outstanding customer service skills Superb attention to detail Great prioritisation and organisational skills Ability to work in a demanding and flexible environment Calm and confident demeanour
