Customer Service and Operations Associate (evenings and weekends)

Job Description
Feedr is looking for an ambitious, energetic person to join us and support our operations and customer support team and support other functions within the business primarily on weekends and evenings. This is a chance to work with a dynamic, fast growing team and help clients get the best food experience possible in their office. Role * Monitor evening/weekend deliveries, ensuring on-time delivery and perfect execution of all orders. * Live operations customer support and troubleshooting * Quality control for all deliveries * Live customer service, both online and via the phone * Track and report on performance metrics, and ensuring continual improvement * This is a role which could be full-time remote, but requires someone to be within the UK. Requirements * 1-3 years' work experience, with at least some experience in operations required, either in a fast-growth startup, a logistics role, or in the restaurant and hospitality industry. * Experience in last-mile logistics is an advantage * Strong and natural communicator at all levels, especially via email and over the phone * Experience with operations or customer service preferably in a retail or food environment * Highly process driven with great time management skills * A passion for excellence and precision * A truly remarkable level of organisation.
