London, weekend & evening shifts (7pm) Inc. About our role Our role within our Business School will be to provide administrative support and guidance (both written and verbal) to students as their point of contact to answer direct enquiries and re-directing enquiries where appropriate. You will also provide administrative support to academic staff in the context of facilitating programme delivery and student engagement on our programmes from enrolment to graduation. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience working within a similar academic environment, enjoy supporting both the students and lecturing staff, be versatile, flexible, willing to help, ensuring the student journey is a first class experience at all times. Main Responsibilities * To support the student enrolment process and registration of students. * Providing administrative support for the assessment process including board preparation, student extension, appeals and investigations. * To maintain all FT and Executive Master's Programme Students and Module Data and Student Records * To arrange and minute Programme Committee Meetings * To provide support for Attendance Monitoring and Compliance * Student communications relevant to the role. * Ensuring material production is timely and efficient Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience at working within the Higher Education sector - working knowledge of academic registry and student services functions would be a distinct advantage. * Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment * Experience of multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timescale * Experience working with International students desirable * The ability to operate well within a team environment. * Knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures - including standard software packages (for example, Microsoft Office, etc.) and student data systems (for example, E:Vision SITS, SupportWorks, and/or case management systems, etc.). * Excellent communication skills * Good organisational, problem-solving and planning skills * Excellent literacy and numerical skills * Team player, flexible and adaptable to change * Well organised and methodical In return, we are offering a competitive package.
