They are recruiting experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team who will benefit from a consistent flow of active leads for clients seeking mortgage advice and subsequent protection advice. Based on their initial pilot, they are already seeing fantastic achievements and want you to help replicate this further. Management and Equity Share Options Due to being a recently established business, the Owner of the Group is open to enabling experienced Mortgage Advisors to have continued career progression - which could mean management responsibilities or share options. For the right Mortgage Advisor, this might even be available from the outset. Requirements to be considered - Mortgage Advisors You must be a current Mortgage Advisor, holding full CeMAP and be able to evidence your previous earnings You must be a motivated individual and have desire to work in a fast-paced business You must be comfortable and able to go self-employed and fund your initial months whilst building your pipeline The Company You will be working within the Mortgage Brokerage team of this rapidly growing Online Estate Agency, which is already ranking within the top decile across the UK.
