We have 50,000 customers, over 3,850 employees globally with approximately 500 in the UK. Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for a Logistics Stores Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. The Logistics Stores Coordinator role Responsible for the accurate booking in and out of all items and be able to cover all of the logistics functions including delivery of the equipment via the Company vans. Main Tasks / Accountabilities: To receive in all goods delivered to the company. Carry out inspection of goods received - checking for damage to, quantity of and quality of items received. Entering of all goods received on to the computer system and correlating the items received to the purchase order to ensure our order requirements are fulfilled. Carry out inspection of goods received - checking for damage to, quantity of and quality of items received. To be responsible for the goods in / out / stores areas to comply with Health and Safety and to generally to maintain it in a tidy and orderly way. To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements. To adequately package all orders for safe delivery to the customer. To liaise with the various carriers used for delivery to customers. Provide a professional service when interacting with customer’s both internal and external When driving, to be responsible for the maintenance and security of the vehicle provided, including refuelling, cleanliness and the recording and reporting of maintenance needs. To keep a full and comprehensive log of all van activities and fuel consumption.
