Overview

Are you a Logistics Administrator or an administrator with sound experience in data manipulation ? Are you proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel ? If so read on The primary purpose of this job is to administer the purchasing process of the organisations product and stock holding. The Role Keeping regular contact with suppliers/vendors to resolve any order or delivery problems. Reviewing supplier invoices and auditing against stock received. Gathering , compiling, and verify information and entering it accurately into documents such as item cards, price books and order forms. Raising Purchase Orders Supporting the warehouse administrator with booking transport and creating outbound documentation during peak times. Maintaining the supplier and brand bar codes Ensuring audits are completed accurately. Liaising with the marketing department to ensure that the correct item images on the B2B are present. Attending weekly team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues. Any other duties as may be required from time to time. The Candidate Ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst paying attention to detail with data input. Strong organisation and administration skills Ability to follow processes. Experience: Using Excel and ideally the NAV system to maintain accurate & up to date records and respond to enquiries. Assisting with the management of freight forwarding from vendors. Maintaining up to date & accurate supplier and vendor information to track purchase and the status of orders and deliveries Effectively managing data imports to the B2B system to manage the Pre Order of goods and exports along with general B2B maintenance.
