Overview

Johnston Oils has been supporting local communities since 1965, energising rural customers with a personal service. Following our expansion into Ayr in 2017, we have seen a strong growth and are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help take us to the next stage of our development. This is a unique opportunity that will allow you to shape and develop a new depot, where you control the growth and success with the backing of a successful group. The responsibilities that this role will entail will be to explain the services that Johnston Oils offer and increase customer acquisition. We currently offer a variety of services and provide a professional, proactive service, which gives customers the utmost satisfaction. You will support all sectors of our customer base expanding our business with Domestic, Commercial, Marine and Agricultural market sectors. As the company grows, you will ensure we retain the customers, maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring we deliver a service exceeding their expectations. Working from our depot in Ayr, you will control your growth and development to achieve success. You will also have full accountability for P&L of the site and region to ensure we are managing the operation to its full potential. The ideal candidates should have previous experience in a customer-facing role, possessing excellent communication skills is vital.
