Chartered Building Surveyor, Residential, Commercial, Block Management, Job, £45,000 £55,000 Your new company I'm working with a long-established, respected group of property experts who are now recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing professional team. Your new role Your new role will see you lead and develop a team of surveyors and colleagues through their career as you look to build on the current excellent reputation of the company. Your work will be centred around Block management, residential and commercial properties. This exciting and diverse role will see you undertake schedules of dilapidation, schedules of condition, pre-purchase surveys and some property management duties, whilst continuing to guide and build on the current team. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you will bring a positive attitude to a bubbly team, who will be looking for support as their career progress. As the successful candidate you will show your strength as a strong team player, with a positive attitude committed to working with and improving your team that will look to you for advice and assistance through their career. What you'll get in return A highly competitive package with a salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 with an additional £5,000 car allowance, this position is open to an individual looking to reach the next stage in their career, and eventually move onto become a Director. Other benefits will include 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, on top of this the company will support with training and career development.
