Rural Chartered Surveyor - Bury St Edmunds - Exceptional package A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor to join our client's highly respected and established team based in Eastern England. The company provides agency, management and professional consultancy, agricultural business management and environmental advice, architecture & planning services across rural, commercial & residential property. Based from 12 offices in UK and with overseas offices in Poland, Romania, Saint Lucia and with operations throughout central and Eastern Europe and Argentina. They have an immediate vacancy for an ambitious and talented Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team at a senior level based in their Bury St Edmunds offices. The successful applicant will obviously be MRICS and/or FAAV qualified and used to advising on landlord and tenant issues relating to Agricultural Tenancies Act and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies. You will also have expertise in handling compensation claims for pipeline and infrastructure schemes, used to managing farm machinery auctions and dealing with all farm agency issue. Your responsibilities will include land and property valuations and compulsory purchase as well as Rural Agency - Acquisitions and Disposals. In addition you will manage Red Book Valuations as a RICS Registered Valuer. Rural Development and Diversification, Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant issues and Planning will all come within your remit.
