This practice do operate quite differently from most firms on the market and they have really strong bond between staff, rarely having an issue with staff retention. Your new role This practice are on the market for a qualified Architect. This role, is going to be an extremely important piece of recruitment for the firm, as they are looking to bring someone in who potentially has the desire and the attributes to take the lead on key projects with some of their key clients. This would consist of you taking the projects literally from day one, and seeing them right through to handover. Today, the role will be to act as a Project Architect. working closely with 1 of the firms Associates. This will give you a fantastic opportunity from day one to show what you are capable of. In the role, you will get involved in all aspects of the role of an Architect. You will not be held back, and you will be tested and encourage to challenge yourself. What you'll need to succeed Eligibility to work in the UK Be an ARB registered Architect Have experience within residential architecture Ideally with 1-3 years post qualification experience You must have design experience on live projects within the UK Be comfortable in dealing with planners Have the attributes that would lead you to becoming a good manager of people and projects What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity and I am confident you will also believe that should you get the chance to meet with our client.
