Senior Architect / Associate Architect Vacancy Glasgow Your new role Hays are delighted to bring a new senior role to the Architectural market. We are representing a long standing client of ours in their search for a Senior Architect / Associate Architect. As an Associate Architect, the client is looking for you to be able to manage a small team of 2-4 staff, manage their workloads, and delegate tasks according. The role is also a client facing one, where you will have the opportunity to be out of the office, developing relationships, and helping the Senior Management team bring in more business for the practice. As the most senior Architect int he team, you will have the main say on design strategy for further growth and development of their architectural arm of the business. What you'll get in return As you will be well aware, associate roles are very few between in the market. This is a great opportunity to come into the business at an early stage.
