Location - Glasgow, Scotland Salary - 70,000 - 85,000 Experience - Must have 5+ years of experience in the relevant field. Key Responsibilities: You must develop a view of business capabilities (organization, process, tools, and technologies) required to deliver against the business requirements. You must be able to create future state enterprise business capability models and value chain models. Key Activities: Develop strong relationships within the BU as well as within application teams to become experts in the intersection between the BU and the applications that support it Responsible for providing, planning, analysis, guidance and definition of a business architecture that effectively supports the business strategy Apply broad knowledge of business capabilities and service offerings to develop a portfolio of solution alternatives that can be refined, enhanced or tailored to meet specific needs for their respective customers Align the organisational goals and capability implications with the required organizational change, including staff, role, reporting and size impacts Ensure the target state business process supports the capability requirements Analyse business change drivers to determine business, information, solution and information technology requirements Evaluate short-term needs required to support key business goals and establish priorities Consult with business, information and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given business architecture can support these goals Functional Skills: Problem solving / analytical thinking Consultative problem solving / consulting Ability to simplify and standardize complex concept / processes Business acumen Business process management and modelling Customer relationship management Understanding of future technologies Knowledge of required technologies (including 3rd party solutions) Ability to tie together solutions across systems Deep understanding technology, data, security and micro services within the digital domain Technical Skills: Enterprise architecture Digital transformation SOA Big Data Analytics - HAVeN / HADOOP / Autonomy / Vertica Cloud Computing / SaaS Cybersecurity / Product security (ArcSight, Fortify, Tipping Point) Integration Technologies - Tibco / Informatica / CAS Mobile technologies - HP anywhere / iOS / Andriod / Java / HTML5 Web technologies - HTML / CSS / Java / ASP.Net / PHP / Ruby / C# Benefits: 25 days holiday Up to a total annual 20% pension contribution: 8% sal sacrifice, 12% employer contributions Personal Accident cover Private Medical Income Protection Life Assurance 4-5500 to spend on additional benefits links below but things like gym membership Responsibilities: Our client is among the leading professional services networks in the world.
