Your new role You will work as an Associate/Associate Director, for the National Structural Engineering practice whose reputation and experience can enhance the ability to win and deliver rail station projects. Responsibilities among others are to lead the structural engineering design and the delivery of Rail stations. You will undertake an active role in management of the London team and the national practice. What you'll need to succeed With experience in rail, transport or aviation, your ability to win new projects will be second to none. You will provide mentorship and guidance to the engineering staff, have a track record of delivering complex and challenging structural design solutions and major engineering projects, experience of deep basement design, ideally in the design of underground rail stations. You will be able to build and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualities, can interface with clients, technical specialists and project stakeholders, establish relationships with existing and prospective clients, adapt to different cultures and working environments with the ability to work under pressure, in addition, being flexible travelling across the UK and overseas.
