The successful candidate will be exposed to blue chip investors and central London trophy assets. This firm boast assets under management valued at over £6 billion which includes multiple central London trophy office buildings. This vacancy siting within a highly successful property management team where you will be working alongside several well-respected directors who can offer the successful candidate corporate exposure. Your new role Commercial Property Management A brand-new opportunity has presented itself due to continued growth & success of the management business, there is an immediate requirement for an experience surveyor to assist with commercial trophy office property management. On a day to day basis you will be managing professional instructions, lease renewals, subletting, assignments and licences to alter. There will be continued client reporting, site inspections, undertaking service charge budgets, monitoring cash flows and proactively managing arrears. What you'll need to succeed MRICS Qualifications - Desirable but not essential A proven track record of managing commercial office assets across c.London, a competent understanding of service charges, landlord & tenant 54 act law alongside excellent client reporting skills. The preferred candidate will be a team player, can negotiate and business develop and communicate coherently at all levels.
