Senior Building Surveyor - Birmingham - Permanent Your new company In your new job role you will be working for an excellent cost consultancy based in Birmingham. Your new role In your new job role you will be joining a team of experienced and supportive surveyors as a Senior Building Surveyor. In your new role you will provide excellent building surveying services to clients across the business in varying sectors. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition and party wall awards, effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects. You will generate your own workload, maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts and business opportunities. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, either at Senior level or will be ready to step into a Senior level role. You will be passionate about your work and be keen to join a supportive team environment, whilst having the ability to operate autonomously having competence in your own field of expertise.
