Overview
ISS UK are looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join one of our sites in Bank, London. The right person would have experience in a corporate or 5 environment. We are looking for someone that enjoys working by themselves, as well as part of a team and is proactive. It is important to take ownership of the Reception/Front of House space, and the Office Service Manager is always happy to hear new ideas about how to keep on improving ISS' excellent customer service. The role requires someone that can speak Manadarin given the nature of the site/client expectations. Key Responsibilities: To ensure that all colleagues and visitor requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations. Coordinate and be part of prospective client & VIP visits to show case office and services. Process building access for colleagues in accordance with security guidelines Maintain a professional appearance at all times in line with five-star client facing standards. Operate client telephony and computer systems in accordance with requirements and guidelines. To provide a world-class reception service to welcome employees, guests and business partners during the agreed operating hours. To liaise, recognise and know all clients and employees in their work related needs in addition to key stakeholders. To communicate office updates and requirements effectively - verbally and written, when required. To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Services and Network Team Members. To use the client site operating, telephony and computer systems in accordance with requirements and guidelines. To perform Morning floor walks and report any fabric, maintenance or cleaning issues via the facilities helpdesk and escalate when necessary. To provide additional support to Hospitality team as and when required . The booking of meeting room and conference facilities when requested. To monitor CCTV footage and security alarm activity via the security PC that is located at reception and action when necessary. Ensure reception area (including break out and soft seating area) is maintained to a high standard at all times. Ensure that meeting rooms are reinstated to their original format post meeting. To wear and showcase the ISS uniform or designated uniform as required by the business and maintain a professional appearance at all times. To understand the purpose of our organisation and the Office Services in supporting the core business of ISS and our clients Core Requirements and Skills: Mandarin Speaker Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritise tasks and a heavy workload. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Ability to work with multiple systems. Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever changing environment. Positive, proactive approach with the ability to work in a professional manner. Possess the ability to think outside the box, being one step ahead whilst working collaboratively with the team. Act as cover for other team members in times of absences when necessary. Calm, professional and focused approach.
