Overview
I have a new litigation role for a qualified commercial litigation solicitor/CILEx with a growing Warwickshire practice. My client is based in central Coventry and, over the course of the past few years, has steadily grown to a mid-size full service practice offering a range of commercial and private client legal services. Their litigation team, which consists of qualified solicitors and support staff, advises on a range of both commercial and civil disputes. Due to increasing workflows, they are now in the position to recruit an additional commercial litigation solicitor. You will ideally have three or four years' PQE in litigation work, and be able to manage a caseload of litigation files from initial instruction, through to settlement or court. The department is busy but offers full training and supervision, so you will always have colleagues available to seek advice from or bounce ideas off, contribute to marketing and business development activities and working towards the team financial targets.
